David Bloomberg is an environmental engineer and is the chairman and one of the founders of the Rational Examination Association of Lincoln Land (REALL), the Central Illinois local skeptics group. He also runs a computer bulletin board (BBS) which focuses, in large part, on issues important to skeptics, such as creation/evolution, general science, and UFOs.
